Definately long established - both the company and myself. Land's End has always provided a good service both in terms or range and prices. The site is very comprehensive and easy to navigate around. All menus are clear and lead you to where you want to go. The prices are very competitive and the quality of the products is sound. If you need to contact the company personally by phone, staff are friendly and helpful. Well woth browsing on this site even if you don't need to buy something there and then - always reference for the future.

Starting to show it's age,I remember the first lands end catalogues and how they revolutionised the mail order business.It seems though that the new kids on the block are just that bit ahead of the game and they're forever playing catch up to compete

Lands' End offer a great range, at a price, but their products are very high quality. 
 
Remember that Loyalty Shopper offers you cash back so it does bring the price down a little...
